Outline: This is a university facility consisting of a bus terminal and a hall at the Higashi Matsuyama Campus of Daito Bunka University in Higashi Matsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture. M-COMMONS is the second phase of the project. M-COMMONS is the second phase of the project. The indoor environment is controlled by radiant cooling and natural ventilation.
