Outline: This project involves the renovation of a 50-meter-high office building located to the east of the Atomic Bomb Dome, a World Heritage Site, to create an observation deck on the roof. We plan to create a place where visitors can view the reconstructed city of Hiroshima and feel the wind blowing over the city. The ceiling height of the observatory will be reduced to adjust the speed of the wind. On the east side of the building, a new spiral ramp will be built to allow visitors to walk up to the 13th floor, and photo panels will be displayed to introduce the progress of Hiroshima's reconstruction.
