This is a complex facility built in front of Oita Station in Oita City, Oita Prefecture, which includes a hall, library, and childcare support facilities. It faces the 100-meter-wide, 444-meter-long symbolic road extending north-south around Oita Station, which is planned by Hiroshi Nishimura and others.
