Outline: The renovation of the square in front of the station was carried out with the participation of many people, including not only the government and citizens, but also university laboratories and experts. While considering the station square, the activities of the town were also activated. Three large roofs surround the rotary to protect it from rain. Some benches are placed under the roofs, and they become a place for people to hang out. The ceiling of the roof is made of prefectural cypress.
