Outline: The renovation of a sake brewery built in 1922 at the Wakatsuru Brewery headquarters. It was rebuilt as a training facility as a commemorative project for the 50th anniversary of Hokuriku Coca-Cola Bottling and the 150th anniversary of the founding of Wakatsuru Sake Brewery, a group company. Since the designer and builder of the building before the renovation were unknown, we started with an actual survey, and then reduced and reinforced the building so that the renovation did not require a permit application.
