ITO JUKU EBISU STUDIO

Outline
Built in a residential area of Tokyo, this is the activity base of the Ito Architecture School "NPO Thinking about Future Architecture. The concrete floor continues from the approach to the interior, and is loosely connected to the exterior by two sliding doors that control light, wind, sight and sound. The thermal environment is maintained by utilizing natural energy such as geothermal heat.
