This cultural exchange facility is located in a regional park in front of Chikugo Funagoya Station on the Kyushu Shinkansen Line in Chikugo City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and consists of galleries and workshops. Facing the plaza in front of the station, there are three buildings: the main building, Annex 1, and Annex 2.
