SETO

Outline
Company housing for a company engaged in shipbuilding, a major industry in the region. Because the site is located on a slope facing the Seto Inland Sea, a portion of the dwelling volume is cantilevered about 12 meters toward the sea to create a 36350 x 25800 mm rooftop plaza that serves as a public space for the town, open not only to the residents but also to the local community.
