KOGAKUIN UNIVERSITY ARCHERY GROUND BOXING RING

This is the archery and boxing hall on the Hachioji campus of Kogakuin University in Hachioji City, Tokyo. In order to revitalize the domestic forestry industry, collaboration with lumber companies was carried out from the design stage. Wood rarely used in construction, such as small-diameter wood and wood damaged by erosion, is used. A frame with a span of 7,280 mm was constructed using small section timber.
