- The first phase of the reconstruction of the Corona Electric Plant in Hitachinaka City, which manufactures scientific and medical testing equipment. The plant was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the reconstruction work was carried out while the plant was operated in separate phases. Because the total floor area of the expansion exceeded the limit during the construction period, the total plan was approved. The blue- and green-roofed building at the rear is the existing plant, which will be reconstructed. The manufacturing area is located in the center of the building, and various rooms are arranged around it.
