COOPERATIVE HOUSE IN SETAGAYA

Outline
This is a cooperative house consisting of eight maisonette-style units in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo. Not only the interior design, but also the skeleton of the house, such as the size of openings, bay windows, and internal and external insulation, was designed to meet the wishes of the individual owners. The house has three floors above ground and one basement floor, and each unit is divided into a basement floor + first floor type and a second floor + third floor type.
