- This is a project to build a community network among universities, local NPOs, government agencies, and welfare organizations in Makizukadai Danchi, Senboku New Town, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture. A prefectural housing complex with a high vacancy rate was converted into a community care house for temporary use, and a vacant store in a shopping arcade was renovated into a community restaurant. A total of eight vacant prefectural housing units (No. 28 and No. 29) were renovated as community houses for the residents. The residents can invite friends and family, and the elderly can stay in the house with them.
