- Renovation of housing complexes by Musi.net and Urban Renaissance Agency. A total of five units were renovated in three housing complexes: Riverside Shirokita, Shin-Senri Nishimachi, and Senboku Chayamadai 2cho. "The renovated units are designed to allow residents to continue to live in them with their own ingenuity, based on the three concepts of "where to make use of," "where to change," and "where to be free.
