- These two towers were constructed on the sites of the Keidanren Building, Nikkei Building, and JA Building as the second phase of the Otemachi Chain-type Redevelopment Project. In order to improve the international competitiveness of the city, a financial education and exchange center and an international medical mall were planned as facilities in the building.
