- This is a community development project involving the public, private, and academic sectors around Kashiwanoha Campus Station in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture. A number of companies are participating in the project to create a smart city through collaboration to solve issues such as energy and the aging of the population. The city is also fostering companies as a new industrial creation city.
