21 KOMABA CENTER FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE (21KOMCEE)

Outline
A new school building equipped with studio classrooms and other facilities to promote more free and active education (active learning). In consideration of the surrounding low-rise school buildings, the hall functions are placed on the basement floor to reduce the height of the building. The variable louvers on the southeast wall are controlled by an artificial intelligence system, and students are involved in their operation. The louver consists of two surfaces: a white surface that reflects sunlight and a black surface that absorbs sunlight.
