Outline: This is a new construction plan for the relocated Machida City Hall. On the lower floors facing the street, cafes, shops, and restaurants are located for citizens' use. The One-Stop Lobby is a three-story atrium with a circulation system that arranges frequently used offices and civic facilities around it. It is a park building surrounded by three-dimensional greenery that leads to the rooftop garden. In consideration of the reduction of the load on the exterior walls, the exterior plan is switched according to the direction.
