- In 2010, he launched the "Soraya Machiya" project to revitalize a vacant building in Kamiyama-cho, Meishi-gun, Tokushima Prefecture, by converting it into a satellite office for a Tokyo-based company. In the same year, Blue Bear Office Kamiyama was completed as one of the projects. In collaboration with a local NPO that provides support for people moving to Kamiyama, the office rents vacant houses in a shopping district that has been closed down one after another, renovates them, and invites tenants.
