Outline: Building 4 of Kyiai Gakuen Maebashi International University in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. The first floor houses the restaurant and learning area, and the second floor houses the general classrooms. The various rooms are separated by wall pillars (structural walls) of different thicknesses using reinforced concrete walls and steel plate walls. The number of partitions is kept to a minimum in order to provide continuity between the rooms facing each other across the corridor. All ceilings in the corridor are top-lit.
