- Renovation of a Western-style building built in the 1930s in the French Concession in Shanghai. The garden and the first floor and half of the second floor are converted into a spa. In the garden, the existing building was removed and a new building was constructed while keeping the same location and area. The building is finished with brick block, cobble gravel and washed cement.
