- A cooperative house consisting of eight maisonettes. The plan of the house is divided into a "rice paddy" shape by load-bearing walls, and four households live on each floor. The exterior sashes, which occupy most of the exterior walls, can be selected as infill, and the residents' intentions determine the appearance of the building.
