- Renovation of a room in a 28-year-old rental apartment building. By removing half of the floor, an 800mm difference in level was created, and a portion of the floor was re-erected at the same height to create under-floor storage and a flow line to the veranda. Except for the equipment, general materials available at home centers were mainly used for the renovation.
