Outline
This is a dormitory for technical personnel working in the Science City in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province, China. It consists of a nine-story low-rise residential building and a 22-story high-rise residential building on a site of approximately 4,000 m2. To improve airflow, the low-rise buildings have green voids (green terraces) and pilotis, and the high-rise buildings have hanging gardens.
