- A rental housing complex in the form of row houses with three consecutive volumes. Given the site conditions, where the ground level is approximately 3 m higher than the front road, the floor area ratio of the basement units was relaxed while adjusting the average ground level to secure the maximum volume. Internal and external staircases were included in the exclusive area to secure the number of dwelling units. The composition of the materials and the scale of the interior spaces were taken into consideration.
