- The first floor is made of reinforced concrete and the second floor is made of wood. The columns and legs of the larch portal frame on the second floor are joined to the reinforced concrete frame on the first floor via base plates. The first floor is a reinforced concrete structure and the second floor is a mixed wooden structure.
