SEMINAR HOUSE IN KASHIMA

This wooden guesthouse, owned by a company, is located in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The two-story main building and the one-story detached building face each other across a courtyard, arranged at a slight angle. The view of the Pacific Ocean to the east from between the two gable-roofed buildings. The careful selection of traditional materials and simple forms creates a variety of places for people inside and outside.
