Outline
The building is part of the Nagatacho 2-chome District Plan, which was approved in 1993. The hotel building, with a standard span of 6 meters, is built on top of an office building with a standard span of 9 meters. Kengo Kuma & Associates supervised the design of part of the interior and the exterior. Granite is dry-laid on aluminum curtain walls.
