A tenant building in Daikanyama. The staircase spiraling up the perimeter of the building is built in such a way as to cut through the exterior wall, and the structural walls are sloped accordingly. The volume of the building is placed on the southwest side of the building to create a 40% open space, and an alley-like space is created on the northwest side.
