KEIO UNIVERSITY HIYOSHI CAMPUS FORTH BUILDING, INDEPENDENCE WING

Outline
This school building was constructed on the west side of Keio University's Hiyoshi Campus along Tsunashima Kaido, taking advantage of the difference in elevation of the site. A new flow line was formed from the main gate to the existing school building through the approach and interior space lined with cherry trees. The atrium, which is a semi-outdoor space, has louvers and natural ventilation windows to control the environment.
