- A small-scale commercial/residential complex between a commercial area and a residential area in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo, with two residential units on the third and fourth floors. There are two residential units on the third and fourth floors, with a grand staircase leading to an enclosed courtyard, which all tenants except those on the first floor share access to. Facing the courtyard is a grid of square openings.
