Outline: A house with a coffee shop on the corner of a residential area. The house has a swirling plan and is composed of triangular and rectangular volumes of different heights. Various places are created for the exterior, including a ground window parallel to the street, a high window parallel to the corner cut, a wall at an angle to the site, a pergola that is to become a wisteria trellis, and a bench on the balcony that extends out from the second floor.
