- Renovation of "Kugenuma House" (1975), designed by Kiyoshi Seike, which is the home of a lawyer husband and wife who enjoy ceramics. The house had been renovated once before the current renovation, and the main focus was on restoring it to its original state and updating the air-conditioning system, water supply, and other facilities, as well as making repairs and renovations that did not detract from the Kiyoshi's design.
