Outline: The building is located in a quiet residential area. The area that falls under the diagonal restrictions is topped by a series of concrete joist beams. The joist beams create a rhythm in the one-room space on the second floor. On the rooftop, a plant box protrudes into the front street, contributing to the greening of the streetscape.
