Row House K

Outline
A two-family house in a dense residential area in the city center, with the parent family living on the first floor and the designer on the second and third floors. It is a multi-story row house that can be rented out in the future. Because of the flood-prone area, the top of the foundation was raised 1,500mm above the ground, creating a gap between the openings of the surrounding buildings, and the first floor makes it difficult for pedestrians on the street to have a line of sight.
