- A 40-year-old house was renovated and lived in by the designer and his wife. The designer collaborated with carpenters to design and construct the house. Instead of using perspective simulations, they decided on the colors and construction of the house by actually painting and building. Furniture and other construction elements were designed to be easy to install, and many experimental finishes and details were created.
