Outline: Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the building sits on a site facing a greenway where the river has been culverted. The floor space is secured by the geese-walls along the diamond-shaped site. In order to secure privacy and openings to the busy greenway, wall pillars perpendicular to the greenway were installed, with openings between the pillars to block slanting lines of sight.
