Outline: Renovation of a mass-produced standard house. On a site with an elevation difference of approximately 2 m from north to south, 1/3 of the east side of the existing building was reduced in size, and the excess land was divided and sold, with the sale proceeds used for the renovation costs. The remaining residential portion of the building was re-structured, a tower section was added, and the façade was renewed.
