- The house is built on a small 12 tsubo (860 sq.m.) deformed rectangular corner lot. The house is for a family of four who wished to live in Nezu. It is a three-story wooden structure with a penthouse, with a ceiling height of 2,150 mm and a slab thickness of 210 mm to keep the floor height low at 2,360 mm. Small and large scales coexist in the triangular plan with three-story vaulted stairwells on the south and north sides, respectively.
