Outline: The building is located in a suburban residential area that is undergoing a generational change. The large gabled elevation and the overhanging bump-outs on the east and west sides of the building, which is placed in the center of the site, are visible. Rain falling on the large roof falls into a large circular rainwater basin from a spring-loaded eave gutter.
