Outline: The site is a flagpole lot located in a densely populated residential area along the Taihei River, with plans to rebuild the house after it was flooded by the torrential rains of 2023. The ground level is lower than the neighboring houses because of the elevated floor to prepare for flood damage, but combined with the 10" square roof, it is slightly higher than the surrounding buildings and appears as an iconic standing figure.
