Outline: The site is located on the boundary between a plain and a forest, with most of the site gently sloping down toward the south. A field spreads out on the south side of the site, providing a large view of the surrounding landscape. The building is arranged vertically in a north-south direction, and by gradually raising the floor level toward the south, the building leaps from the center of the building toward the southern landscape as if it were floating.
