Outline: The new model of SANU 2nd Home, a shared second home development company, is designed and constructed by combining a 2,730-mm grid that determines the size and shape of the building and adding units with stenosed ends around the grid. The original eight-pile foundation minimizes the impact on the ground and raises the building approximately 1,000mm above the ground, thereby minimizing the impact on vegetation, water, and wind flow at this location.
