Outline: The building is located on a flagpole site in a dense residential area. The frontage of the site is 2,850 mm, and the pole portion of the flagpole lot is used as an atrium to provide a buffer from the neighboring houses. In the summer, the sashes are opened wide to ventilate the space between them and the opening on the north side, and in the winter, the sashes are closed to store warm air to regulate the indoor thermal environment.
