Outline: The building is located on a corner lot in a residential area. It has an open terrace that connects to the city on the top and bottom of a waffle-like slab based on a grid that swings 45 degrees to the front street. The exterior is composed of cast concrete, plastered walls treated with hydrochloric acid, and wooden fixtures and walls made of prefectural cypress.
