Outline: The west side of the building faces a private road in a cul-de-sac, and the south side faces the parking lot of the neighborhood. Therefore, the west side was set back 5m from the front road side, and eaves-like wings were installed around the volume on the south and west sides to create a loose boundary with the surrounding environment.
