- Renovation of a 50-year-old condominium in a quiet residential area in Fukuoka. The space is divided gently by the existing frame (columns and beams), newly installed production columns and beams, and floor partitions. The line of division is derived from the apartment grid, which will also serve as a guide when adding rooms in the future.
