- Renovation of one unit of Villa Sapienza, one of the Villa series built between 1964 and 1988 and designed by Sakakura & Associates in 1981. The plan was not changed significantly, as the drive unit is a walled reinforced concrete structure, and some partition walls were removed. When the fittings are opened, the view to the adjacent rooms and the outside can be seen due to the geese-shaped plan.
