House in Noda Renovation

Outline: Renovation of a 39-year-old four-story house on a corner lot. The first floor, which used to be a living room and music room, was converted to an exterior earthen floor, allowing the eye to pass from the southeast side street, which used to be a busy shopping street, to the northwest side street leading to the market. The arched windows were inherited from the existing house.
