The house stands on a flagpole lot in a residential area with a difference in elevation. On the north side facing the slope, a 1.5-ken grid wooden structure extends out from the retaining wall. The wooden structure on the north side of the house is a 1.5-ken grid of wood that extends out from the retaining wall, and terraces are built on both the first and second floors. The volume can be extended on both side spans, and even if all the spans were extended, the building coverage ratio and floor area ratio would still be within the limits.
