Hazamacho House
Tatsuya Kawamoto+Associates
- Outline
- This is a house for the owner, a farmer, in an urbanization control area. Since the building-to-land ratio required more than 40%, a large roof was erected after securing the necessary floor space. The roof is a cubic curve with the height and the way of bouncing off the roof adjusted according to the solar radiation, the surrounding conditions, and the activities that take place here.
